Rental Policies

Requirements

A valid Michigan drivers license and a credit card is required to make a reservation.

Payments may be made in cash, credit card, or business checks. Personal checks are not accepted.

The credit card used to make reservations will be held as a security for your rental items.

Pricing

All pricing listed is for one day rentals.

Additional charges will be assessed if rental equipment is left damaged (staples, tape or gum) or broken.

Rates are subject to change without notice.

Reservations

A $100.00 deposit is required to hold a reservation. A $200.00 deposit is required to hold a reservation larger then a 20 x 40.

The deposit is refundable if the reservation is cancelled more then 30 days before the scheduled event. Deposits will not be refundable if the reservation is canceled within the 30 days.

All tent deposits made for June reservations are non-refundable.

General Information

The customer is responsible for all counts stated on the contract.

Refunds are not given for unused items.

Replacement charges will be applied for missing, damaged, or broken items.

A cleaning charge will be added for items returned dirty.

Deliveries

Delivery charges are $30.00 one way and $60.00 round trip within 25 miles. Additional charges may incur with out of area deliveries.

All rental equipment must be placed in same order as it was when we dropped the items off.

Tent Installation

Tent location must be free from electrical and telephone lines. If there is underground utilities, Miss Dig (1-800-482-7171) must be called and the area marked before our tent will be installed. Miss Dig is free of charge and must give at least 3 days prior notice to installation.

Premiere Tents and Events is not responsible for underground sprinkler systems.

Premiere Tents and Events will not be liable for injuries/damages caused by fire, hail, rain, sleet, snow, high winds or other disturbances of nature.

Keep safety an overriding priority of your event. If you are not safe under the tent, move the party inside or under a permanent structure.
